Greeting from the Principal, Shri Shankaracharya Mahavidyalaya.

Shri Shankaracharya Mahavidyalaya is a foremost private educational institution in the Chhattisgarh region. Our complete focus is to provide platform to our students so they can continue their learning and develop themselves towards becoming whole and healthy individuals. We acknowledge that as we work together and learn together, students will be best able to conquer the bright future. We firmly believe that every student can experience success and go on to graduate as a responsible, resilient and confident young adult, well prepared to take charge of their future and to become a productive member of the community.

We perennially review our practices to ensure that we are following the most updated best practices that will be beneficial for the future needs of our students as well as society. Our staff consistently follows current trends and methods that are most appropriate to students and society. In our institution, we run number of support services like ‘Pallavan’ in which we carry out different activities related to environment, ‘Prerna Teacher Association’ in which we help the underprivileged, old age homes, handicapped, orphans etc, ‘Vividha’ a women cell, Chakravahini fitness club, Srijan Kala Kendra which helps the students to start their small scale business and many other such support services.

Our College happily works together for sound academic achievement with an extensive, vibrant co-extracurricular activities that includes cultural, sports, and leadership training programs. Our mission is to inculcate the love of knowledge in our students and, for this, we aim to develop the skills and demeanor of lifelong ‘learning,’ essential for making responsible global citizens. This will make them immensely capable of facing the future with resilience and optimism. On the deeper level, we try to instill the values of respect and trust in relationships that are the foundation of real success.
